Understanding California Evictions
At Legal Service Centers we know it isn’t easy for a Landlord to go through the eviction process. That is why Landlords come to us when it comes to dealing with an Eviction Services. It is often the last resort to evict a tenant because of how time consuming and stressful the process can be. Legal Service Centers knows it is important, the process be completed fast and accurately. This is why we provide fast evictions and keep you informed every step of the way throughout the process. We handle a high volume of eviction cases on a daily basis and are constantly monitoring cases to provide you with the fastest and efficient eviction service possible. The average uncontested eviction results in possession of your property in approximately 8-12 weeks depending on the county.
Understanding the Eviction Process
We will prepare all of the court forms and deliver them in a timely manner. In addition we will deliver the lawsuit to the tenant immediately after we file it.
- We do all of the preparation including Three Day Notice to Pay or Quit, we prepare the specific forms needed for each court.
- We file the forms – by mail and/or in person.
- We serve the tenants – Our registered process servers deliver the complaint to your tenants.
- We file an Entry of Default or Notice of Trial (whichever is necessary)
- We contract the marshal or sheriff to physically removes the tenant from the property.

If the parties cannot agree as to child custody the court will be called on by the parties to make a determination as to what is the best interest of the children. Restraining Order or Response
A restraining order is a temporary court order issued to prohibit an individual from carrying out a particular action, especially approaching or contacting a specified person.
